分享一則日前於私人社團International Microsurgery Club裡面3D列印重建下顎骨的案例。此案例是我在台大雲林分院裡所作的第十例案例，也是3D列印顱顏重建的第20例案例。

一個51歲的男性之前接受過下唇鱗狀上皮癌廣泛性切除手術，如今遭受腫瘤的二次復發，復發的位置是右側下牙齦處。病患接受了口腔內膜以及皮膚廣泛切除手術、區段下顎骨切除手術以及3D列印下顎骨重建手術。術後病人恢復對稱外貌以及良好口腔功能。
Here I share a well-established procedure, 3D printing assisted free chimeric fibular flap reconstuction. A 51 year-old gentleman who had undergone wide excision and nasolabial flap reconstruction before for the lip cancer, suffered from a recurrent right lower gingival cancer. This time, the segmental mandibulectomy, skin and mucosa wide excision were done by the Otolaryngologist, and I performed the reconstruction of the through and through defect and mandible defect. The reconstructed mandible is symmetric with good oral function.
