A young lady Phoebe, who was a fitness coach, came to my office for consultation about breast augmentation. She wants a natural breast size and shape.
I made a plan based on her own breast width, breast shape and her final expectations. After discussing with her, the plan is made:
1. Use Motiva 2 JOY, which is soft and safe.

3. Make incisions on the inframammary folds of the breasts and rebuild inframammary folds.
