Jean came to me because of problems with her protruded mouth and rounded nose. She wanted to make her nose smaller and pointed.
When the first time I saw her, I felt that it’s not necessary to do her nose. refined. However, after listening to her needs, I decided to help her with:
1. paranasal augmentation to augment the nasal base;
2. structural rhinoplasty by Goretex and rib cartilage;
3. Endonasal alarplasty.
One year later, Jean returned for a follow-up visit. The problems of the nasal base and protruded mouth were improved, and the tip of the nose and the wings of the nose were also reduced. Congratulations to her!
