這次來葡萄牙參加世界級抽脂大師：

Total Definer High Definition 高解析抽脂技術。
課程圓滿結束，獲益良多。
所謂高解析抽脂，不再只是針對大量脂肪做抽取，而是針對整個體態，包含解剖學上做徹底的改造。
除了針對本身解剖學的肌肉紋理做雕線，對肌肉做「肌肉內脂肪注射」，最後更進階的，還要做「肋骨截斷」重塑腰線。有些人的體態就是不管多瘦都沒有腰身。Dr.Hoyos發表許多研究論文，如髂骨跟第12對肋骨太近、肋骨第10-12對角度太過展開等等，就是可以做肋骨截斷的適應症。
而傷口其實也只有針孔大小，肋骨也還在裡面（僅製造彎曲的骨折）並沒有移除肋骨，是相當微創的手術。
至於最後將鬆弛的皮膚收緊、縱隔纖維的收縮，除了原本已經有不錯的效果的電漿之外，這次更使用了才剛在前一天FDA 核准使用的儀器「Quantum」量子刀
效果非凡，後市可期。
短短的三天就學到很多嶄新的觀念，不虛此行。

This time I came to Portugal to participate in a high level advanced lipoplasty course called Total Definer: HD (high definition) lipoplasty surgery technology, taught by a world-class liposuction master:

The course ended successfully and I gained a lot.
The so-called high-definition liposuction is no longer just about extracting a large amount of fat, but about completely transforming the entire body shape and emphasizing the
anatomy.
In addition to sculpting the muscle texture according to their own anatomy, “intramuscular fat injection” is performed on the important muscles, and finally, more advanced, “ribs remodeling” is performed to reshape the waistline. Some people have a body shape that no matter how thin they are, they have no waist lines. Dr. Hoyos has published many research papers. The indication of rib remodeling are the ilium is too close to the 12th pair of ribs, the angle of the 10th to 12th pair of ribs is too wide, etc.
The wound was actually only the size of three pinholes, and the ribs were still inside (only green-stick fractures were created). The ribs were not removed, so it was a fairly minimal invasive surgery.
As for the final tightening of loose skin and the shrinkage of reticular fibers, in addition to Renuvion that has already had good effects, this time we also used the “Quantum” instrument, which was approved by the FDA just the day before.
The effect is extraordinary and the market is promising.
I learned a lot of new concepts in just three days, and it was a very worthwhile trip.
